As you embed the Total Customer Focus ("TCF") skills in your daily routine, we would like to give you an opportunity to tell us about what's working well, where you would like to improve and where you could use more support.

This self-assessment focuses on 10 TCF skills, organized into the 3 shifts that everyone needs to make in order to become Total Customer Focused. As a reminder, these shifts are:
  • Getting to the Customer's Real Needs
  • Achieving Balanced Outcomes
  • Being Proactive

There are a few questions for each shift that will help you improve your skill and achieve your targeted results. We will summarize and analyze all of the assessment responses so that you can benchmark your results with others in your company as well as with other companies.
